No. Neither has any evolutions

there's a lot of similar pokemon from black/white to the old ones in red/blue/yellow because they're "restarting"

Nope. Neither of them evolve but their similarity (if you need a reminder: Tauros and Bouffalant) but the similarity is uncanny not to start rambling but i think Bouffalant was supposed to be the evolved form of Tauros.
