Can an Event Pokemon relearn their special moves?

Let's say I got the victini with v create, I deleted v-create & went to the move tutor, will v-create be reteachable?

Okay, I finally got to test it and I found Victini does not get to relearn event moves. This probably also goes for any other pokemon with event moves like Arceus with Shadow Force, Spacial Rend and Roar of Time and so on.

the only moves a poke can relearn are level up moves......
thats 100% tru in b/w since we dnt have a move tutor aside from draco meteor or starter attacks
