Counter Mechanics??

Question

If my cloyster uses Icicle Spear on a pokemon and the pokemon uses counter, will i recieve double the damage back on all the hits or just on one?

It will counter the last hit.

It actually is just on the last hit, in PO. ( This is last I checked, it could have been a bug that was fixed. )
