In Black or White, if a wild pokemon uses whirlwind and I only have 1 pokemon alive in my party, will the battle end?

Yes, the Battle will end if the Pokemon uses any of the following Moves that makes you switch out which includes Whirlwind. All the moves that require you to switch are:

• Dragon Tail
• Circle Throw
• Roar
• Whirlwind
