If I stop a pokemon from evolving in Platinum how can I make it evolve again?

If this is in the handbook for platinum please don't get mad my game was used and didn't come with one.

If you stop a Pokemon from evolving by using everyone or pressing b it will try to evolve every lv unless holding everstone
You can not stop Pokemon evolving when using items or trading
This is a usefull technique because your Pokemon learn better moves quicker
Note: when a Pokemon needs to lv up to evolve and lv100 it can't evolve

Well if you use an ever stone then you can take it away from you pokemon then level it up then i will evolve and if you press the b butten it will still evolve
