Is this possible to score a critical hit with an Absol?

Question

Say I have an Absol, I make it use Night Slash, It has the Super Luck ability, it is also holding a Razor Claw. Is this enought to score a critical hit at least 1 out of 2 hits?

Also, is there any problems with this moveset for Absol:
Night Slash
Psycho Cut
Stone Edge
Swords Dance

That set is fine. As for Critical hits, that's not enough You need Level 5 critical hits to do that. Super Luck = + 1. Night Slash adds one every time you attack. And Razor Claw = + 1. sorry.

At the moment he has a 25% Crit chance and if he used Focus-energy it would be 50%.
