Get an eevee's happiness full, then level it up in the day time. You increase a pokemons happiness by having it in your party, battling with it etc. You can lower its happiness by fainting it.
You train your pokemon at daytime and when it fells happy with you it will evolve into an Espeon. Night= Umbreon. Day=Espeon.
