Where is a good place to train my Metagross to teach it Zen Headbutt?

Metagross is a member of my Battle Subway/Random Matchup/Wifi Battle team; I've decided I should swap Psychic for Zen Headbutt because Metagross' Attack stat is higher. However, it is level 55 and it isn't easy to train a Pokemon at that high of a level, where do you think I should go to train it?

• Giant Chasm. They have pretty high level Pokemon there.
• Elite Four. With Levels 71-77, they're the easiest way to go.
• Sports Arenas. Level 60's. Not that bad.
