In black and white lots of pokemon can learn skill swap by breeding but the only pokemon that can learn it by level up are solosis' evolution. They have amophus as their egg group. Nothing in the amorphus egg group that learns it by breeding has another egg group. So if they were in a different egg group, how would they learn skill swap without transferring?
