If you give a Pokemon a power bracer you will get IV's from the Pokemon who has holding the power bracer. So if a Ditto was holding the power bracer the egg will get IV's from the Ditto.
It doesn't matter flame body and magma armor do the same thing, put it anywhere in your team.
