How can you tell if your pokemon is happy in black?

Im trying to evovle my Riolu into a Lucario, and the only way is by happiness and is there a way to tell if he happy by just looking at his stats instead of going to the Pokemon Fan Club, or is that the only way?

No, going to the Pokemon Fan Club is the only way. You can't really find out your Pokemon's happiness in its stats.
