Erratic and Fluctuating, which is which?

I know one of them means they level up very quickly and the other that they level up slowly, which is which though?

Erratic is the extremely quik one being 60,000 at lv100 and fluctuating is for the few uu my being 164,000 almost 3x the amount erratic is.

But erratic pokemon get's slowest level up in the beginning
while fluctuating is the fastest
But overall, erratic is much much much much faster :)
