Are the items Red Card, Eject Button and Absorb Bulb consumable?

Yes, although when battling wi-fi/po/showdown they reappear :)

Yes, they do. I use them all the time in the battle subway. Say i have a Zorua with Eject Button. After it attacks, it switches out and once it gets switched in again and attacks, the effect of the eject button won't work because its one time use. Same with red Card. I know this from experience. The Absorb Bulb, i do not use but it says in my bag that it is a one time use.
