What EV spread do the Elite 4 have?

Question

I heard that E4's pokemon are EV trained
so HOW are they EV trained?
is it random?
If possible, can you show how the E4+champ in each generation's pokemon's EV spread??

I'm not 100% on this but, from what I recall there are NO trainers that have EV trained Pokemon. Just like newly hatched Pokemon and wild Pokemon all NPC's Pokemon are essentially "Blank Sheets for EV training." Obviously the NPC doesn't actually train their Pokemon like your character would so there is no possible way to give their Pokemon EV's without scripting it into the game.
Like I said I'm not 100% I forget where but I read something about it in a hacking tutorial so I could be wrong.
