Can the shining charm be traded from BW2 to BW?

Like, if Give my Pokemon a shining charm to hold on BW2, and then trade that Pokemon to BW, will the shining charm still work in BW?

You cannot equip the shining charm to a Pokemon because it is a key item. But, you may be able to hack it into Black or White which may or may not work.
So I'm guessing NO.
