I have checked every building, yet Professor Oak isn't there. Where is he? I really want Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno. (I have Natonal Dex)
After the National Pokédex has been obtained and the player has visited Pal Park, Professor Oak appears in the southernmost house in the city.
