You may not use the following in Wifi battles or Battle Subway.

Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, any Deoxys forme, Dialga, Plakia, both Giratina formes, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, both Shaymin formes, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, any Kyurem forme, any Keldeo forme, any Meloetta forme, Genesect, or an Egg.

In Pokemon Online or Showdown:

NU Bans: Limbo Pokemon, RU, BL2, UU, BL, OU, and Ubers cannot be used. NFE and LC Pokemon can be used.

RU Bans: Limbo Pokemon, BL2, UU, BL, OU, and Ubers cannot be used. NFE, LC, and NU Pokemon can be used.

BL2 Bans: Limbo Pokemon, UU, BL, OU, and Ubers cannot be used. NFE, LC, NU, and RU can be used.

UU Bans: Limbo Pokemon, BL, OU, and Ubers cannot be used. NFE, LC, NU, RU, and BL2 can be used.

BL Bans: Limbo Pokemon, OU, and Ubers cannot be used. NFE, LC, NU, RU, BL2, and UU can be used.

OU Bans: Limbo Pokemon and Ubers cannot be used. (This is basically standard play) NFE, LC, NU, RU, BL2, UU, and BL can be used.

Ubers Bans: No bans are in place here, you may use any Pokemon you desire.

However on wifi battles that don't follow smogons ban list. You can use Blaziken, excadrill, and guard chomp. Terrikion, virizon, cobalion, Latinos, latias, regice, registeel, regice, regirock, articuno, Moltres, zapdos, suicune, raiku, entei, mesprit, azelf, Uzie, Heatran, tarnadorous, thunderus, landorous, regi gigs.
