If I find an articuno (ex.) somewhere and its escapeing I can find him again there?

In diamond? an Articuno??
yes, you can find it again in your poketch application marking map! it's always escaping, so be sure to use pokemon that knows move Mean look or Arena trap/Shadow tag ability! but, you can't find Articuno in Diamond, it's only appear in Platinum!
