Shadowball or Shadow Claw?

Which would go better on Lucario?

I would say shadow ball because usually lucario has high Special Attack than its Attack though I won't consider it a good move to have on a Lucario but its just my opinion :)

well,if your lucario has big attack then shadow claw.if it has big sp.attack then shadow ball .

Shadow Claw, because of Lucario's attack.
