How do you get Victini in Black and White?

I really need to know how to get victini can someone help me?

The only way to get Victini in B/W would be to trade witha friend that has one, or hck one, as the only way to get one legit besides trading is through a long past event

Unfortunetly Victini is an event only Pokemon.(He cannot be caught in Black 2 or White 2 as a wild Pokemon) If you really want one trade a high level legendary or a rare Pokemon on the GTS to get one. If you really, really, reeeeally want one you could always hack but my suggestion is to get a legit one.
