I hatched a decent Sneasel after a day of breeding. Are these stats good enough to use him, competitively in UU?

Weavile
Nature-Jolly
Ability-Pressure
Item-Life orb
Ev's- 252Att 252Spe 6HP
Moves-Ice Punch/Night Slash/Low Kick/Swords Dance

It is currently lvl 20, using an IV calculator it said I'll have these stats at lvl 100.

HP 282 Att 327 Def 156 S.Att 105 S.Def 205 Spe 376

Worth using or continue breeding?

Mine is 281 HP/ 372 Atk/ 166 Def/  106 SAtk/ 207 SDef/ 349 Spd but i went foe an Adamant Nature with a Focus Sash.
