Do Arceus formes have the same movepool?

This has been plagueing me for ages. Please, someone answer!

No. Arceus-Draco learns Draco Meteor. But it will keep it when changing forms.

Yup.His movepool remains the same no matter what forme it is in.But when transformed into a dragon type it learns draco meteor which other formes cant learn as mew said.

Draco Meteor can only be tutored to Dragon-type Pokémon (with the exception of Arceus, which can learn it regardless of which Plate it's holding)

Any form of Arceus can learn draco meteor. That concludes every arceus have the same movepool
