Growing on Route 210 and Route 214 when the player first arrives there.
Sometimes given by the Berry Master.
Sometimes awarded after earning in between 3300-3499 points at Pal Park

For route 210 and 214 I looked everywhere and I still don't find any of them.

"When you first get there" meaning they were growing there when you first appeared at the route but since you didnt pick them they went away you have to wait before they start regrowing
