Can I train a gliched pokémon over 100 lvl ?

I saw a video on YouTube .a pikachu in platinum was over 100 lvl and a comment says that this is a gliched pokémon .is that true ?

Yes, it is a glitched Pokemon. No Pokemon will ever be over Level 100.

He's right. The only thing higher than Lv. 100 would be hacked, unless it was in the TCG, where Lv. Xs are around.
