Victini in Black and White 2?

Can you get Victini in Black and White 2?
I checked on some websites and I didn't see Victini or any other legendaries of Black and White except for Reshiram and Zekrom.
So can you get Victini and any others in Black and White 2 without trading from Black or White?

No, you have to trade with Black/White 1 to get a legit Victini in Black/White 2. There is no way to catch Victini in Black/White 2 without hacking.
