Either myself or the moderators (trachy, swampert or darktyphlosion) can select best answers. Dont worry, no one is using your account.

If the questions were only asked recently then the mods shouldn't be picking the best answers, it's up to the asker to select the best answer. They should only select best answer on older questions.

I'll usually choose best answer to non-opinion based questions that have a 100% correct answer to discourage incorrect answers. However, as for your questons charizard, I haven't given Best Answer due to most being opinion based.
