That means you posted an Answer or Q Twice. If you didn't, then just ignore it, if you did, hide 1 of the posts. This usually happens when you click the submission button too fast.

Usually it happens when you double click on the button, it tries to send the post twice. You should only click buttons and links once on the internet.

If you were trying to answer something it means your answer was excatly the same as another;same thing with comments. My guess is you double clicked to fast and it registered as you posting the same thing twice
