The post a answer button in the Pokbase section is bugged, can someone fix it?

The post a answer button is bugged, no matter how many times I push it, it doesn't give me the option to give an answer to a question.

Comments

Can you tell me:
- What page you were viewing
- What web browser you are using
- What exactly happens, is it nothing, or do you see an error message?
- Also if you press the button and scroll up to the top of the page, do you see the answer field just under the question?

It is because it is a closed question. You can't answer closed questions.
