You can get excellent trainer sprites by clicking "Trainers"

so once i find the sprite i want, how do i put it in a post?

It's simple, right click the image, click"Copy Image URL", then go to the post you want to put the image in, press Ctrl + G, then where it says: Enter Image URL, ctrl + V in the box
