No, he did it on the PokeBase but it was a Q to be asked on the Meta so he hid it and posted it here.

This link is a good place to get them, just select "Icons" in the selection box, then select the name of the pokemon who's icon you want, and click search.

EDIT: from there, right click on the icon, then click "properties", one of the things listed here will be the URL adress of the icon, from there you can post it into the Q/A.
