Is anyone allowed to create tourney posts, or do we need permission from somebody?

If we need permission then whos permission doe we need, if not then please give me the rules for tourney posting.

Mike and myself generally post them.

We want two (no more, no less) tournaments going at once.

If everyone wanted to make and post routines then it wouldn't work out. If you do have an idea just pitch it in to us. We let others go some though, next is SF, Mike, then me again.
