Suggestion: we need to enforce a format rule in RMT

A lot of new users never tell us what format they are playing. We should make it more obvious that they need to include their format.

Yes, stay tuned. I have many ideas for how we can fix the RMT section. This is only one of the numerous issues I will address. For now though, I'd be very happy if it was added to the rules list.
I'll be pretty active suggesting improvements for the site after Christmas when I've got some time.
