Why not make a rule requesting the askers at the RMT section explain their team and specify the format?

I asked a question on RMT, then look at the questions before, and realised that most of the asker's team do not provide explanations. If they provided the explanation, the raters will know what role of choice they are using and why they used that specific moveset. Like this, rating would be more easier. If explanation is not provided, it is hard for some raters to predict what role they are using for example, then they will not know what the asker wants. Smogon actually did this in the forums and they lock any RMT question without explanations. Here's a link.

Another thing I found out is most people forgot to specify the format for their teams. I highly encourage making a rule where people asking at the RMT section specify the formats for their teams.

I think it is more important atm to instate a new rule requiring battle format (tier, singles or doubles, vgc, in-game formats, ect). It's impossible to give suggestions otherwise.

@sumwun My suggestion is just to make the asker's at the RMT section explain their choice of moveset or Pokemon. I try to add your suggestion in too.
