Question

1. Whenever I ask a Question it goes to the tags area and it is soo
   annoying :3
2. When I ask a question it shows that I posted two always...

2. It is just because you clicked the post the question twice. Plus that only happened to you once so there is my proof it isn't glitching ;)

Are you using Internet Explorer? In which case, I think there is an known issue there with the software, which will be fixed very soon.
