Why do some RMT questions get answered straight away, when some don't ever get resolved?

Simple question tbh, why do they get left there?

Teams that have really noticeable flaws really get answered quickly. Other teams are really good, and people have no or little suggestions for them, which is said in a simple comment.

And some are just ones that don't use EVs and instead use roles. These rarely get answered.
