Can someone explain why I didn't see Glacia and Lorelei at the notable ice type trainers list?

because the list is gen 4 and onwards and loreli is gen1 and glacia is gen 3.

I have only done trainers for Gen 4 onwards. I will get round to the earlier generations at some point.
