Pokemaster Shell break is wrong

On your thing it says it raises speed and lowers def but Trachy said it lowers the defensive stats and sharply boosts sweeping stats(Speed, Attack, S.attack)

I had checked on serabii on the pokemon of the week(cloyster) and they had shell break as the part of a moveset and it said it raised speed atk and spatk while losing defence.So I was just about to ask a question on who was right
