Are the Ranks EXPERT, MOD, ETC only obtainable by point total?

Expert: Yes. 6000 points on PokeBase for overall Expert. 1000 on RMT for RMT Expert, and same for Meta.
Editor: Pokemaster chooses. Basically need lots of points and trust.
Mod: Pokemaster chooses.
