Personally I would like a rethink as the cap meta is good and many people play it. The teams never generally have more than two made up Pokemon anyway and smogon do have pages for each Pokemon in cap anyway.

But you can't battle with created Pokemon, right? So how can you ever say what is a good team?

Yeah Smogon have made a new tier called cap which is basicly Ou with about 20 extra Pokemon. Its a popular tier and that. The only things you can't battle it on are wifi and Po but 99% users here use Showdown now anyway.
