Why does it say 0 selected questions on my account?

I was uploading an avatar for myself and when I looked down on selected answers, it said 0. And I just got an email earlier this morning saying that an answer I gave yesterday had been selected and voted on. But it says 0. So I was wondering what happened?

You select the answer by pressing the green check mark.

This means that you have not selected any Best Answers for any of the questions you have asked, and you may not have asked any at all.
