When I go to any profile the gravatar doesn't show up.

All it shows is a red "X" in the corner.

I use IE btw.

Update Flash. Update Java. Make sure your IE can handle pics on your computer.

If none of those work, then use the best solution. Switch your browser, because IE is one of the worst performance browsers. Yes, that is a legitimate fact.
