Pokemaster usually does it once or twice a month. When in the month is determined by when he has time to do it, so just be patient. You do not need a certain amount of points, PM just hasn't had the time to change it, or hasn't felt like it, don't worry though, he'll get around to it soon :). A week long wait is usually pretty standard.
