Lv. 85 and 43?

Question

In http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/lugia , it says Lugia learnes Aeroblast at Lv. 85. But when I click on the move Aeroblast page ( http://pokemondb.net/move/aeroblast ) , the webpage says Lugia learnes Aeroblast at Lv.43! So I'm knid of wondering which one. ( Same thing with Ho-oh 's Sacred Fire.

Lugia learns Aeroblast at level 85 in DPPt (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum). In HGSS (HeartGold SoulSilver) it learns it at level 43, so when you face it in the wild then it will already have its signature move. It also learns it at level 43 in Gen V B/W.

This is right. It says right on the page - "The level numbers given are for Pokemon Black & White and may vary in other games; check the pokemon's dex page for details."
