Concerning perma banned users...

Question

Ok I will just keep this short. I was thinking that before users get perma banned that they still get a chance to clear their profile, or that their profile gets automatically cleared. I think this would be better since it isn't very evident for all their information to still be visible

Currently banned users can edit their profile. Though I am not sure if that applies to IP-banned users.

But nice idea, I will think about the best way to handle this.
