Smoochum learnset error

Question

The Smoochum page says that Smoochum can't learn Dizzy Punch in Crystal, but my Egg hatched Smoochum in Crystal knows it.

That's because only the egg that Smoochum hatched from is a Special Egg that has an increased Shiny chance and the Pokemon learning Dizzy Punch.

In the Japanese version of Crystal, the Day-Care Man instead gives out an Egg Ticket that can be traded in at the Pokémon Communication Center for the Odd Egg. The Odd Egg in the Japanese version has a 50% chance of being Shiny.

Only that ONE egg can have Dizzy Punch.
It isn't an egg move. Think about it as an event move.

I should add it as a special move though, I need to do more of those.
