How do I stop getting emails from here?

I hate having a full inbox of emails, and I don't need to be emailed from here as I check this site more than I check my email, so where do I go to turn them off? can I?

What are the Emails for? BA? what?

When asking a question, did you check the box that says "if answered email me at so and so. Or your wall. There is also a checkbox with those similar words.

If the emails are from a specific question or answer then you must have ticked the box that says "Email me when someone replies" (it's not ticked by default). What you need to do is click the link to the post in the email, then edit your post, untick the box and save.

Wall posts don't send out emails any more.
