How do I copy and paste the Heatran sprite from the sprite gallery?

I have been trying to copy and paste the Heatran sprite from the Sprite Gallery without success.
Is it possible to copy and paste it into google docs? I have tried the Markdown code, the Website code, and the Forum/Forum Signature options. The exact Heatran sprite I have been trying to copy is the GO Shiny Heatran.

I'm pretty sure the code is just for websites that don't allow you to directly upload a photo like here, which uses markdown. Google Docs supports images, so you can just download and upload an image to docs. Alternatively you can right click the photo and copy-paste to google docs.
