What is an importable copy on the RMT section, what does they do, and how do I use them?

If you're asking how to get those templates on the RMT, there's a pretty simple way to do it:

1. Open Pokemon Online
2. Go to Team Builder and pick out the team you want, complete with moves, items, EVs, etc.
3. Click Ctrl+E, or check under the folders at the top of the window, and you can export the team you made, and a text box with all your selections will come up.

In that same token, you can use the import button right above it to do the reverse and put in a template and instantly have a team put together.

This is a copy of a team importable for Pokemon Online, a battle simulator. People ask for this if they like the looks of a set, so they would like a copy of the team easily entered on Pokemon Online to use.
