I lost 150 points today

Question

This morning I had 3770 points and rank 52 and when I checked my user page I found that I had lost 150 points and went down to rank 55 T_T I checked my answers and questions. I didn't lose any BAs or receive any down votes.
So how the hell did I lose the points?

Yeah I know it may be depressing but you get used to it, I lost 300 points, right now I couldn't care less

Stuff getting deleted removes up votes. Don't worry, it happens to me on meta all the time.

It takes about 1-2 days to get that many points though if you try.
