Probably will not be done. I believe there was something like this before, but it was removed. Anyway people WILL overdo it with the spam up-voting, and no one wants that.

5 points is not less. Upvoting 20 (Which is not much, seeing as we have such experienced people here making answers, it's common to upvote things) questions or answers will easily get you 100 points. People would not hesitate to click a button.
